Mabon (Autumn Equinox) is a special time of the year, when the seasons come into balance of equal day and night. It's a time for finding our centre and embracing harmony.

As the days start to cool and we begin to prepare for our descent into the darker months;

We harvest our gifts of lessons learnt from previous cycles.
We take stock of our inner resources.
We reflect upon those things that need shedding, to allow space for more healing and transformation to occur.

On this self reflection journey, I'll guide/prompt you in exploring your inner worlds and what medicine Mabon holds for each of you personally; through the technique of visualisation, intuitive art making and image symbolism.

No art experience required and all genders welcome! Limited to 10 participants to keep the group setting intimate. 18+ event.
