Reiki Masters Wendy Crockett and Tori Bledsoe invite you to celebrate the autumn equinox with a special yoga nidra and sound bath. No yoga or meditation experience is required.

Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) allows us to access a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness, resulting in deep relaxation. We will begin with some very gentle movement, then settle in for around 45 minutes of guided nidra. Please bring anything you need to get comfortable on the floor, including a mat, blankets, pillows or bolsters, etc. Dress for maximum ease and comfort, and feel free to bring any crystals or objects you’d like to be infused with healing Reiki energy.

Throughout the nidra, Wendy will use singing bowls to create complementary frequencies and harmonizations. The conclusion of the session allows time for quiet integration and gratitude for glorious autumn.
