    Event description

Maccabi New Zealand, Maccabi Australia and Maccabi World Union, together with the New Zealand Jewish Council, invite you to the official launch of Maccabi LIFE.

Maccabi LIFE is a bold community initiative, developed to create sustainable health change. The programme provides unique, Jewish-focused health and well-being solutions that enrich physical and mental literacy, creating a healthier, happier, and connected New Zealand Jewish community.

Join us for this launch event, introducing you to the platform and how to incorporate it into your daily life. There is the option of joining our first Maccabi LIFE Walkie Talkie event, a 1-hour group walk at 9 AM, followed by a talk by guest speaker Karen Stein.

A minimum fitness level is required to complete the hour walk in a group setting.

Our guest speaker is Karen Stein, a Professional Certified Executive Coach and author of the International Award-winning Be Your Own Leadership Coach (self-coaching strategies to lead your way). Karen is a passionate thought leader and is actively involved within the coaching communities of Asia-Pacific. She has a strong interest in supporting leaders to be their best selves.

Please ensure you register each attendee for catering and security reasons. If you would like to join the walk, please send us your phone number to be added to the Walkie Talkie WhatsApp group for updates and future dates.

This event is free to attend but do encourage a small donation to help cover our costs.
