Event description
Exploring some Macedon Garden Delights!
On this self-guided tour we visit Verdicus, (7 Lowe Street, Tylden) a large private garden owned, designed and expertly tended by Landscape Designer Bruce Honey. Learn from Bruce about his Master Plan, the plants chosen and the challenges he has faced.
We will then break for a BYO lunch nearby.
In the afternoon we have a unique opportunity to tour Foraged Flavour, a boutique edible flower farm at 77 McMahons Road, Glenlyon. Owner, Lauren Richardson will describe the process of taking blooms from farm field to the plates of Melbourne’s restaurants and cafes.
