Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 19th March 2023.
8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.

COVID 19 Arrangements
Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)
If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

7:30am Check in at Bunnings Mackay North, Corner Mackay Bucasia Road &, Holts Rd, Richmond QLD 4740, Australia
9.00am Stands up
Ride Route
1st Leg
Turn 1 – Left out of Bunnings.
Turn 2 – Right onto Bruce Highway at end of Glendaragh Road.
Turn 3 – Right at the Leap onto Seaforth Road.
Turn 4 – Left at Mt. Jukes Kuttabul Road.
Turn 5 – Left at Kuttabul onto Bruce Highway.
Turn 6 – Right onto Marian Hampden Road.
Turn 7 – Right onto Devereux Creek Road.
Turn 8 – Left onto Mt. Martin Loop Road.
Turn 9 – Left back onto Eungella Road into Mirani.
Pull up – Out front of the Mirani Hotel.
2nd Leg
Turn 1 – Left at Mirani onto Mirani Eton Road.
Straight Through – Markers at the Mia Mia cross roads to ensure no one turns off.
Straight Through – Markers at the North Eton, Eton Road Tee to ensure no one turns off.
Turn 2 – Right at Eton onto Peak Downs Highway.
Turn 3 – Left off Peak Downs Highway onto Eton Homebush Road.
Straight Through – Markers at the Homebush, Sarina Road Tee to ensure no one turns off.
Pull up – Out front of the General Gordon.
