Mad Crush

Billboard Magazine calls North Carolina's Mad Crush "a cross between June&Johnny and The Kinks." The band, composed of veterans of The Popes, The Veldt, Zen Frisbee, and Hindugrass, perform wry songs about the daily challenges of getting on in the world. Singers John Elderkin and Joanna Sattin weave an ongoing dialogue that engage the audience into the nitty gritty of their lives, with some laughs and maybe some tears.
