Mad Day Out

Brought to you by a collective of creatives whose lived experiences with mental illness have made them way funnier than they have a right to be, and mental health practitioners and academics who are very suspicious that they know what's going on. MAD DAY OUT is a one-day arts, music, and writing event centred around community, expression, and navigating the world with a brain that hates you.
