    Event description

Grab your favorite hat and head down the rabbit hole!

Break the ice at a Mad Hatter Natter!

You're invited to celebrate with the Look After Me Community!

It's Birthday Season! So wear your favourite hat or borrow one of our cheeky dress-ups.

Light-hearted and well-meaning, we're a melting pot of accommodation hosts, visiting tourists, new immigrants, tourism operators, authors, teachers, writers, booksellers, shareholders, marketing professionals, tourism talent, local business leaders, former staff, family and friends!

Check your diary and if you are free on Thursday 17th of August at 5.30 pm come help us celebrate our writer's community by officially kickstarting the first Thee Write Retreat programme!

It's at Abracadabra Cafe and Bar.

And yes, there will be magic! :)

The Tea Party will start from 5.30 pm in the Garden Cafe and Porch area.

Ticket or koha/donation includes any drink from either the cafe or Bar and enjoy tasty rolling platters and all the natter you can handle.

Of course, your children and teenagers and their latest party tricks are welcome!

There are two salubrious lounge rooms for our young people to enjoy.

:)  And yes there will be cake!

The Red Queen, Alice, the Rabbit and all the Mad Hatty friends will be cutting the cake in the Cafe at 7 pm!

After 7 as the cafe closes, if anyone feels like it, meander from the Garden Cafe down back to the Morrocan Rooms and stay for Julia's birthday dinner and dancing.

Just pay and order off the various menus, whenever you feel like it.

Abracadabra caters for a diverse range of dietary considerations and appetites.
