A Mad Hatter’s Guide to Project Management

When you wear eighteen hats, chaos is inevitable—but it doesn’t have to be unmanageable. In this lively and practical class, educator and consultant Devyn Stone (the “Mad Hatter” himself) shares the systems, strategies, and tools that keep his multifaceted life in motion. From event production to service dynamics, neurodivergent workflow hacks to everyday organization, this class offers something for everyone who’s balancing multiple passions or responsibilities. Equal parts structure and silliness, it’s a guide to turning overwhelm into momentum—because managing madness can be an art form.
