Thank you for registering to volunteer at our FREE Community Christmas Carnival.

This is our 16th consecutive year of running our Christmas events and we could not do what we do without our generous volunteer army.

Here's what you need to know:

The event starts at 5.00pm and will feature loaded hotdogs, fairy floss, popcorn, live entertainment, a Christmas movie on the big screen, face painting, inflatables, toddler zone plus a visit from Santa with a Lolly bag for every registered child under 12. (If you have children, please register them under attending, not volunteering.) Please arrive at 3.30pm for set up and team briefing.

Please wear either a Christmassy red t-shirt or a plain red t-shirt.

An event briefing email will be sent out a few days before the event and further instructions will be given on the day.

Please note that by taking part in this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser.
