Made in Melbourne Men 2023 brings together, for the first time in Melbourne Fashion Festival history, ten of Melbourne’s most exciting designers who not only design but make menswear and accessories right here in Melbourne.
Convening in the glorious dining hall of the Kelvin Club over two days, you’ll be able to furnish yourself an entire wardrobe, from top to toe, all made right here. From contemporary wardrobe essentials from Informale, classic knitwear pieces from Mr Smart Melbourne to slick athletic wear from ERNIOLD. Full list of participants will be announced early 2023. About the event organiser
James Nolen is the Chief Dreamer at Mr Smart Melbourne who dreamt up the idea of bringing ten of Melbourne’s finest local makers of menswear and accessories together to showcase their work all in one place after recently styling a client for an event and realising what a challenge it was sourcing modern, locally made stylish clothing. Something had to be done, and Made in Melbourne Men is the start of hopefully something much bigger!
