Magic Body Camp presented by Carly Brand is back at Stonehedge Gardens for our second year. Get ready to sharpen your wizard skills over Lion's Gate Weekend, learn the incredible healing art of myofascial release and other energetic practices, let go of long held tension, and have a good time in nature with your wizard comrades. Â
Welcoming back Jeannie Miranda to co-facilitate with her deep wisdom that pours out of her bubbly loving soul. Together we will weave a a space of healing and expansion for all participants.Â
Magic Body, Fascial Cosmos
Let's come together for a three day weekend immersion into myofascial release along with other energetic practices to tune our nervous systems into balance and free ourselves from tension. Cathartic and fun, remembering the instinctual tools that we carry inside of us to unwind our tissue, get grounded and connected inside our magic resonant body, experience more ease of motion, capacity for joy, and expand the loving magnetic field of our hearts.

The fascial system is a continuous multi dimensional web which forms the body including muscles, organs, and bones. We will explore how energy flows as the body, how restrictions form across space and time recognizing persecution wounds, how to permanently unwind long held restrictions, feel and expand the magnetic field of the heart space, and work with breathing and vocal toning to keep the blood and nervous system well nourished and be with the environment intentionally. Each are crucial interconnected pieces to experience maximum flow and connection as a being experiencing earth.You will leave with a substantial toolkit to continue to release restrictions and access more of you in daily life.

4 pm - Intro to toning: using the voice as a healing modality to open fascial restrictions
5 pm - Self rebounding, shake it out and integrate the day

10 am - 12 pm - Fascial maneuvers, deepening fascial concepts and techniquesÂ

1 pm - 5 pm - partner techniques into group unwindingÂ

7pm free time with live music , bring an instrument :)
