About Camilla Drema

I am a Fully Qualified Breathwork & Meditation Coach originally hailing from London (UK), but have been working in the Fitness & Health Industry for the past 4 years in Australia.

I changed my whole Marketing & Fitness career in Sydney (Australia) 9 months ago to pursue & spread the power of Breathwork. It has transformed my life & my health. From living hectic, high stress, not present & a disregulated nervous system to now: present, at peace, free, holistically healthiest I ever have felt, and truly happy.

It brings me a whole sense of joy helping others set themselves free using the breath, and I am so excited to meet you all!
