Magill 

Renewal SA is undertaking planning for the entire 14.62 hectares Magill Campus site to guide its future development and is committed to ensuring that key stakeholders and the local community are engaged in the planning process.

A staged approach is being taken, with initial engagement helping to develop a draft structure plan for further community engagement in early 2025.

This approach will ensure that planning for the site balances the need for housing, while considering neighbouring community assets and plans for public open space, and other amenities for the site.

The vision is that this meticulously planned community will be developed through a landscape-led design process. Nestled amid a lush, green tree canopy it will be a residential sanctuary within the bustling urban landscape with a variety of housing options including affordable housing.

Renewal SA invites you to share your views at our Magill Campus community drop-in sessions where you can:

• View and provide feedback on the high-level vision, key attributes and opportunities for the site
• Meet and talk with Renewal SA project team members and consultants
• View and learn how you can also provide feedback online any time from 9 November – 1 December 2024.

Your feedback is important to us and will help develop the Magill Campus Structure Plan.
