Magpie Hill Live @ The Hive

Magpie Hill are coming to the Hive for a very special Friday night of live music, art and a good dose of Buzz Bar atmosphere.

An experienced three-piece blending indie, folk and alternative influences, Magpie Hill bring together classics, quirky originals and offbeat covers with a relaxed and distinctly Australian feel.

Featuring Geoff on walking bass, Yvonne on crisp ukulele and Graham on baritone vocals, expect an easy-going and entertaining set that should feel right at home at the Hive.

This night is also a special one for us, as Magpie Hill will be playing for the opening of Trevor Gibson’s exhibition, A Lifetime in Lines: Art and Architecture, celebrating Trevor’s 85th year and his lifetime of art and architecture.

Come along, wander through the exhibition, grab a drink at the Buzz Bar, enjoy some food and settle in for live music in the Hive.
