Mahi Matariki Champions Dinner

We sadly couldn't hold our Matariki Dish Challenge this year but we can celebrate Matariki and the Waikato.  And are we going to celebrate!  

We are bringing three of our champion chefs from past Matariki Dish Challenges together for one very special night. 

That's right - six sensational courses matched with six wines.

The chefs - 
Andrew Clarke now head chef at Camarosa won the Challenge two years (2015 & 16) in a row while at Victoria Street Bistro.  
Mat McLean, from Palate took it out in 2017
and Harry Williams won last year as head chef at Alpha Street in Cambridge.

NOTE  - No dietary requests or substitutes.
Seating is at large communal tables so if you want to sit with friends we advise booking as a group or arriving together.
