Event description

Join Eora/Sydney-based singer-songwriters Maia Jelavic & Georgia Mulligan for a special evening of song-sharing.

Maia Jelavic is an alternative-folk artist, known for her intricate storytelling and raw emotional depth. A sought-after musician in the Sydney music scene and a force of nature on stage, she has built a solid reputation and a devoted underground following.

Maia returns in 2025 with two critically acclaimed singles, "Solid and Human" & “Spanish Moss” released so far from her debut album.

“An anthem for the introverted extroverts. FFO Angie McMahon & Julia Jacklin <3.” - Jaimee Taylor-Nielsen, Triple J  (“Solid & Human”)

“What a moment to really sink into. Gorgeous warming guitars, and you can really feel the depth of emotion.” - Claire Mooney, Triple J (“Spanish Moss”)

Georgia Mulligan's voice is a powerful and evocative presence on the Australian music scene.  The release of her latest singles, “Note” and  “Unheaven,” usher in a bold new musical chapter—blending vulnerability with quiet, revelatory strength.

With recent shows in and around Sydney as Georgia gears up for the album release, she has begun introducing her new material in intimate, stripped-back settings – a fitting preview of an album that will find favour with fans of classic singer/songwriters and Alt-folk.  More singles will follow in the lead-up to the album’s release later this year.

“Georgia’s songs will ruin your dance party, but they will enhance your life. She sings with the courageous honesty of a true artist.” – Tim Fitz, Middle Kids

With very special guests Slowcoaching and Kiri.
