We’re excited to announce the first ever Maido Supper Club in collaboration with Zosia Cooks and Sinking Wines!
Join us for a delicious five course degustation featuring a fusion of Japanese and Polish flavours paired with beautifully unique funky natural Japanese wines.
Expect a 5 course degustation menu with 4 dishes paired with a glass of wine included in the ticket.

About Sinking Wines
Sinking Wines is the sole importer and distributor of Japanese wines in Australia. Since 2018, their mission has been to showcase boutique wineries from Japan's emerging wine scene, bringing the unique and diverse flavours of Japanese wines to Australia. Their curated selection features vibrant, artisanal wines originating from regions renowned for their viticulture, such as Yamagata and Nagano. These extremely rare wines are delicate, and pair perfectly with the subtle flavours of Japanese cuisine.
Maido
‘Maido’ a local greeting used in Osaka, Japan, meaning good morning, good afternoon, and good evening. A befitting name for the multi-use space created by Provider Store; it’s more than just a cafe; it’s a place that hosts workshops and events and invites you to immerse yourself. It’s a place centred around collaboration, connection, and community.
Sittings are very limited.
