Create your own stunning kauri platter while gaining confidence with power tools!
In this workshop, you’ll learn basic woodworking and safe tool techniques as you shape and finish a beautiful platter from reclaimed native timber to take home.
Ideal for beginners or anyone interested in sustainable, functional design, this makes a unique and memorable Christmas gift!
The day begins with a health and safety briefing before using tools like the jigsaw, power drill, and sander. Please wear covered shoes and fitted clothing, and dress for the weather as some activities may be outdoors. Children cannot attend.
