Event description

Step into the world of traditional craft and create something both simple and powerful with your own hands. In this 2-hour workshop, Chris and Kim will guide you through carving techniques, shaping wood, and binding with natural fibres to transform raw materials into a functional spear or tool.

As you work, you’ll discover the patience, skill, and creativity that go into tool-making, a practice humans have relied on for thousands of years. By the end, you’ll walk away not just with a handmade spear, but with the satisfaction of having crafted it yourself from start to finish.

What you’ll take home: your very own spear/tool, a one-of-a-kind piece made by you.

For ages 8+ (under 8 welcome with adult help).
