An artists handmade book is a wonderfully special way to showcase your artwork. The example shown is glue bound so the pages lie flat. (alternatively stitch). The glue is inconspicuous but holds the pages in well. Repairs if needed are easy.
This examplefeatures a gel plate print artwork on the cover . I have used good quality 300gsm cotton rag paper for the pages. The inner covers are finished with a watercolour painting (front inside) and a decorative marbled paper (back inside). The options are unlimited. A great way to feature some of the paintings and prints that will not be framed but deserve to be viewed. Learn the basics then get as creative as you want.
