Part of the EcoFest event proudly brought to you by Manurewa Local Board and Creative Communities Auckland!
Join this fun and creative sewing class where you will learn how to upcycle old fabric and turn it into a stylish and functional ottoman/footrest. You will leave with a beautiful and one-of-a-kind ottoman/footrest that you can be proud of, as well as new sewing skills.
All materials are provided, but you are encouraged to bring old towels and sheets for stuffing the ottoman, and if you have any special medium weight fabric you would like to bring, please bring it.
This class is perfect for those with basic sewing skills. We recommend bringing your own sewing machine. Please let us know if you need to borrow one.
