Cost: $50 pp minimum 8 people.

No matter your skill level, creativity is for all women. If you feel like a creative community is missing from your life, Make Her might just be the community for you.

Make Her is a one workshop a term event hosted by creative woman from South Sydney.

Term 3: Communal Collage with Freya Jobbins

Join regional artist Freya Jobbins for a Communal Collage workshop where you explore and learn more about the incredible media that is Collage. And where participants will become addicted to this artform which can be the most inclusive, entertaining, enjoyable and cheapest way to be creative with a group or on your own.

Participants will create a number of collages to take home, the most entertaining one will be the ones all the participants have a part in making.

This environmentally friendly workshop uses unwanted and discarded books and magazines on reclaimed cardboard, all materials are included but you are most welcome to bring illustrated books you would like to use and most important……………………………………..a wild imagination.

About Freya

South West Sydney artist Freya Jobbins’ works across assemblage, collage, installation, and printmaking. Her work is based on appropriation, re-contextualisation and the subversion of pre- existent objects, exploring contemporary gynocentric narratives of the human condition, notions of identity, aesthetics, motifs and her own dissimulation. BVA 2018 and a Dip FA 2008.
