Make it Saucy!


Event description

This hands-on class will teach you how to make delicious pasta sauce. We will be discussing all the herbal ingredients along with other vegetables that go with these sauces. We will be looking at this craft in a unique way, utilizing excess vegetables at the end of your season. Students will also get in introduction into canning to preserve the sauces for later use. Students will be taking home a quart jar of tomato sauce that they make in this course.

Taught by Paul Maschka

This class may need to be cancelled in the event that the tomato supply is low. In the event of a cancellation, all attendees will receive a refund before the start of the class.
