This week as part of the Make Move Meditate series, we will be slowing down as mist creeps into the season and the air wisps cool on our skin.

We will be gathering on Wurrundjeri Woi-wurrung country, where the Birrarung river - River of Mist and Shadows, bends and curves its way through the land.

Through guided meditation we will visualise this river. You will be invited to trace it’s movement with your body, walking through mists and shadows.

We will then weave together a collective riverscape, drawing on the river we have sensed and felt through meditation. Using foraged plant and art materials we will create a flowing river installation, reflective of this shared experience of movement, memory and connection.
