A cosy morning to pause, reflect and reconnect with your business.

Feeling overwhelmed by ideas, unfinished tasks and the constant mental load of running a business?

Sometimes we don't need more information.

We simply need the space to slow down, step away from the day-to-day, and reconnect with what matters most.

Throughout the morning we'll:

Calm the nervous system through mindful exercises
Brain dump everything that's taking up mental space
Reflect on what's most important in your business right now
Collaboratively brainstorm ideas and opportunities with like-minded business owners
Leave feeling more focused, inspired and confident about your next steps

Hosted by Karlie from Avenue Marketing & Communication, inside the beautiful ALOA Wellbeing Studio (Above Drumroll).

Please bring along a journal or notebook, your favourite pens and anything else that helps you feel inspired and creative.

Coffee is available downstairs at Drumroll before the session, otherwise I'll have some peppermint tea available.

It’s a shoes-off kind of morning, so cosy socks are highly recommended!

Limited to 8 business owners to keep the session intimate and personal.

Look forward to seeing you there!
