Your Zoom link will be emailed to you before our first session on Tuesday 10 November 2026. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it.
Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30–6:00 am New Zealand daylight time (NZDT), until Thursday 17 December. If you’re joining from outside New Zealand, please check your local time.
Please join a few minutes early with a journal, pen and a comfortable place to sit. Your camera can be on or off, and there’s no pressure to speak or share.
You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a phone, tablet or computer with sound. If you’re new to Zoom, please install the app and test it before the first session.
