Make Space
Description
MAKE SPACE... for the woman you are, for the woman you're becoming.
Have you been feeling tired, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what’s next?
Make Space is an intimate morning for women who are craving a little time away from the noise, expectations, and busyness of everyday life.
You might be navigating a transition, feeling a little disconnected, curious about what’s next, or simply know that you haven't given yourself much space lately.
There is nothing you need to fix and no particular outcome you need to achieve.
Just three hours to slow down, breathe, move, reflect, and connect with yourself and with other women.
Over three hours, we’ll create space for:
🌿 Reflection & self-exploration
🧘♀️ Gentle Yoga & mindful movement (beginner-friendly) - facilitated by the beautiful Ange
🤍 Connection & meaningful conversation
✨ Guided visualisation
🌱 Clarity & intentional action
Simply come as you are, with an openness to pause, reflect, and listen to yourself.

A note from Vera
This is the first gathering of something I've been feeling called to create, a space centred around self-awareness, connection, and intentional action.
I'm keeping this first gathering intentionally small so that it can feel personal, safe and connected.
I'd love for you to be part of it. 🤍
PS: Afterwards, we’ll also head out for lunch at Gellibrand Cafe for anyone who'd like to join us. Lunch will be self-funded; just let me know if you'd like to come along so I can book a table.

Vera Gorel
I’m Vera, your facilitator for this workshop. I bring a passion for creating spaces where people can slow down, look inward and reconnect with themselves. After taking some time away from coaching and self-development work, I’ve felt a strong pull to return to this space, not by giving people answers, but by creating meaningful experiences that give them the space to find their own. Make Space is the first step in exploring that vision.

Ange Joy Whitten | The Joy of Yoga
Hi, I'm Ange, a yoga teacher and founder of The Joy of Yoga, offering gentle, mindful practices that invite people to slow down, reconnect and come home to themselves. My teaching weaves together movement, breath, meditation and yogic philosophy, with a particular love for creating welcoming spaces where women can feel supported exactly as they are. I teach regular community yoga classes, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra and facilitate retreats and creative wellbeing experiences. My approach is warm, inclusive and grounded in the belief that yoga is not about becoming someone else, but creating space to more fully inhabit who we already are.
