Make Your Own Colourful Badges with Jess
Description
Come along and make fun badges to decorate your bags, clothing or home!
We'll have a selection of markers, acrylic pens and designs ready but you can make badges for anything!
Jess will show us some basic design tips and how to use the badge maker and off you go! Each participant can make up to 6 badges.
What will we cover?
In this class we will learn about:
What materials to use for badges
Colour theory and mixing colours
Different application methods for different textures
Making badges with the badge maker - each participant makes 6!

Who will be teaching?
Jess Wilson (Dubblu) is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator and muralist based in Footscray. Her work focuses on immersive experiences, employing a variety of techniques from audio, animation and sensory.
If she can convince her audience to climb into a pipe or crawl on the ground she considers it to be a success. She is the Creative Designer for Science Play Kids, as well as a workshop facilitator to make science and art accessible for all.
