BETH BUCKNER is the Senior Manager of Innovation & Blending at Maker’s Mark Distillery. Joining Maker’s Mark in 2013, Beth originally worked in the quality department where she focused on distillery and maturation processes, before being promoted to Innovation Manager in 2019 when the department was founded. Having always had a passion for blending, Beth moved up the ranks and in 2022 became the Senior Manager of Innovation & Blending at Maker’s Mark. Always on the pursuit for flavor, Beth’s current role oversees all aspects of new product development while also enhancing the core portfolio. During her time with Maker’s Mark, Beth pioneered the Wood Finishing Series, helping to successfully develop and launch the beloved collection. Through her dedicated work, Beth also became a member of the Inaugural Blenders Committee for Beam Suntory, while simultaneously educating consumers about the Maker’s Mark brand. With Beth’s expertise, Maker’s Mark has successfully launched a variety of new products, while also ensuring the quality of its existing expressions.

PLAYA PROVISIONS is the third endeavor for Top Chef Winner Brooke Williamson and husband Nick Roberts. The unique model includes four different restaurant concepts, including Grain Whiskey Bar, nestled within one 7,000-square foot, beach side location.
