MAKING MOVES: AN IWD CELEBRATION! ◡̈
Description
Looking to celebrate IWD differently this year?
Less posting. More presence.
Less scrolling. More sweat.
This is not your typical IWD event.
We’re celebrating with connection, confidence, and a little spice.
Join us at ST MARTINS HALL, SOUTH YARRA for an afternoon of intentional quiet time, meaningful social connection, and a beginner-friendly dance experience that will have you feeling powerful in your body, led by Andrea of @kembot.au.
Kembot, meaning a cheeky sway of the hips in Tagalog, is deeply rooted in the joys of dancing in the Philippines. The class will be beginner-friendly, spicy, and designed to help you feel good in your body through movement and music. At its core, Kembot is about confidence, community, and reminding people that dance doesn’t have to be serious to be powerful.
No dance experience required, just a willingness to move.
If reading this scares you a little? Do it scared.
