Event description

Feeling Overwhelmed?
Unwind & experience integrated connection through materials

The broader health and childcare community are invited to this follow-up event after ‘Detangled’ for ADHD Support Groups to collaborate side-by-side, engage with materials and enjoy being part of a participatory art installation, bringing insight, education, connection, data collection, and understanding of the ADHD lived experience as part of Art Therapist Moo Lubke’s Masters research.

No skills necessary, just a willingness to slow down and reflect.

You are invited to this free interactive workshop providing a taste of evidenced based Experiential Creative Arts Therapy to explore and unravel feelings and sensations to move more freely.

Creative Arts Therapists are mental health professionals who use art modes, materials and the creative process to facilitate the exploration of feelings, improve self-awareness and reduce anxiety for clients.

This workshop is generously supported by Hope Discovery Family Centre and facilitated by Moo as part of her Master of Creative Arts Therapies qualification.
If you are interested in exploring further, in-person and online therapy sessions via Zoom are available at a reduced provisional rate during 2024.

For more information contact mlubke@miecat.edu.au

N.B. Please advise if you do not wish to be in photography taken during the event for educational documentation and promotional purposes.
