Aleisha is a lived experience presenter with the Black Dog Institute and a Hockeyroo who combines elite sport experience with personal insight into mental health. After reaching a critical point in 2019, she sought support and has since navigated depression and anxiety, and more recently an ADHD diagnosis. Currently studying a Master of Counselling, Aleisha shares practical perspectives to support others on their path to better mental health.
