A 6 week course in reconnecting to that sleeping aspect of yourself.

That aspect of yourself that yearns to take the time to truly appreciate the smell of the rain on the eucalyptus, to be in awe of the sunlight hanging in the droplets of rain on the leaves.

To be able to have the mental space to close your eyes and soak up the delicious warmth of the winter sun, as a gentle breeze plays in your hair, and the your favourite music floats into your ears.

To feel the scrumptious textures and tastes of food in your mouth.

To truly feel the pleasure of your senses.

It is easy in the chaos of life to forget how to consciously taste the exquisiteness of life and fully make the most of the five senses we have been gifted, in these remarkable human bodies.

In order to truly experience the pleasures in life, we need to take the time to do so. To relax into the skin we are in.

To awaken this aspect of ourselves, we must start with where we are at now, and ever so gently take the steps to support ourselves with self care practices.

Unfurl and expand your sensual nature and really practice self love in this gentle 6 week course run on Sunday afternoons at The She Spot, a private studio in Bull Creek.

We will look at the workings of the nervous system and how our thoughts and emotions influence our health and well being.
You will learn how stress and tension in our bodies is affecting our ability to relate fully with our senses.
You will walk away with practices you can bring into your day to reduce stress and induce relaxation in the body and awaken your sensual nature. You will learn about setting open-hearted boundaries, mindfulness, filling your emotional cup, self-compassion, creating space for yourself internally and externally, and igniting vitality in your body. You will learn how to reunite with the pleasures life offers us through our five senses and connect to your deep sensual nature.
