Join Greater Sydney Local Land Services to learn how to increase summer and year-round pasture production from sub-tropical pasture mixes, presented by Judi Earl - Agricultural Information and Monitoring Services.

Learn how to make the most of your summer pastures, keep your animals well-fed, and set your property up for healthy growth into autumn.

You’ll learn how to:

Get the best out of summer grasses like Kikuyu and Paspalum.
Plan your grazing to keep feed growing longer through hot months.
Understand how soil health affects pasture quality and growth.
Use water and rainfall wisely to make every drop count.
Get ready for winter pastures so your animals have feed year-round.

This is a practical, easy-to-follow session that will help you see your paddocks differently, improve your land’s health, and graze with confidence through summer.

Additional details:

Morning tea and lunch will be provided. Although we will endeavour to do our best, please note that registrations after Friday, 28 November may not be able to have special dietary requirements catered for.
Please wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing as we will be conducting paddock walks.
