"Sustaining Your Digital Culture" with Friska Wirya, Founder of Fresh by Friska

Depending on the research you read, the success rates for digital transformation hover from a low 18% to a dismal 3%. In the vast majority of cases, the challenge is not getting the right tool, but it's getting people to buy into the vision, engage collaboratively and use the digital tools proficiently. Hear from Friska Wirya as she walks us through how she led change at one of the largest and most conservative gold mining companies in the world.

Friska has been a change and transformation expert for nearly a decade, leading change programs impacting up to 23,000 people across the seven continents for the biggest names in mining, engineering and technology.

Speciaising in the people-side of digital transformation, she headed up change at Newcrest Mining, the largest global gold miner on the ASX. Prior to this, Friska was the Global Change Lead for multi-million dollar projects spanning technology, structure and process at engineering giant Worley, and built the digital change consulting practice at Fujitsu.

A lifelong learner, her effectiveness inspiring and sustaining change has proven to be a compelling cost mitigation strategy.
