With the growing prevalence of AI systems within the business, we need to make sure we can understand and control their decisions.

How can we build confidence and trust in AI? How can we understand a decision made by AI? Given a predicted outcome, how can we modify the input to get a different outcome? (i.e. What would we need to change to get a better insurance rating, or what activities in our business do we need to change to influence certain metrics?)

In the session, we will learn what XAI is, how it's being applied across industries, where the research is, and how you can begin to adopt this into your businesses.

Some questions you'll be able to answer after attending this event:

What is Explainable AI?
Who is using it and how well does it work?
What do I need to do to adopt it?
What alternatives exist in order to understand the decision-making of AI models?
