Refund policy

Notwithstanding our Covid 19 Refunds Policy, general refunds relating to cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event, shall not be permitted. Covid-19 Refunds Policy If the government institutes a restriction to the effect that this conference cannot be held on the designated dates, then The Gap 2014 Limited shall cancel or postpone the conference. Should this occur, registrants shall receive a refund equal to the total ticket price paid or can transfer their ticket to the new event date. Any refunds applicable to travel and accommodation shall be managed by registrants directly with the providers of those services. If, due to Government travel restrictions, registrants are unable to travel to the Conference, The Gap 2014 Limited shall refund such registrants the total ticket price paid. All such refunds shall be paid within 10 working days of notice of cancellation.
