Explore the vibrant street art in the underground carpark. The walls are adorned with pieces possibly created by renowned international artists like Fresk, Spoke, Next, Opium, and Expenc. Whether original or tribute pieces, this urban art collection spray painted between 2024 and 2025, transforms the carpark into a ready-made art installation space, celebrating the creative spirit and history of street art in Murwillumbah.

The Storytelling Salon

Gather at the Storytelling Salons to pick up your exhibition guide, join a tour, and share or listen to stories from historians, business owners, old railway station masters, and community members. Inspired by the original French salons of the 17th and 18th centuries, these gatherings bring together people from all walks of life to share and learn.

Discover the rich history of South Murwillumbah, the evolution of the Lismore to Tweed Railway which included the opening of the Murwillumbah Railway Station 130 years ago in 1894, and Prospero Street, and what’s to come. Presented by the Murwillumbah Historical Society, Tweed Regional Museum and Northern Rivers Rail Trail.
