Living with POTS can make work, study, and everyday participation feel much harder than it should be. This webinar is designed for people living with POTS, as well as families, carers, and supporters, and will explore how Occupational Therapists (OTs) can help make work and school more manageable and sustainable.

The session will discuss common challenges people with POTS experience in workplaces and education settings, along with practical, real-world accommodations and strategies that may help support participation and reduce symptom burden.

This webinar will provide general information, rather than individual advice about whether specific workplace adjustments would be considered reasonable, as what is practical and affordable can vary between employers and settings.

About our presenter: Melanie Weeks is a Senior Occupational Therapist, who draws on both her clinical experience and lived experience of chronic, invisible conditions to inform her work. Melanie currently offers telehealth services across Australia and mobile home-based OT services in Melbourne, with a special interest in working with adults living with invisible disabilities and chronic neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
