Hello Dear Mother, Dear Sister, Dear Womban.

This is an invitation for Earth mothers and their Wild Child(ren) to come together in circle to dance, sing, play, laugh, smile, breathe, meditate, create and share in our journeys of motherhood.

This journey is a combination of wombens circle, ecstatic dance and playgroup.

We will open in circle with a cacoao ceremony (children will receive lighter serving) and enter into a voice and embodiment practice then flow into a 35 minute dance and close with a sharing circle and feasting celebration.

The theme of our circle is CELEBRATION OF CHAOS.

The intention of Mama & Me is to invite our children into our sacred space and practice and also follow their lead within this space. Full permission is given to tend to your child's needs and your own. This may look like playing with them in the toy area during circle, breastfeeding them during sharing or holding them the entire dance or maybe not dancing at all and just listening and singing to the music. The point is surrender and release of expectation. It will be a cauldron of creativity and freedom to just be with what is and find our smile and joy within the chaos that motherhood often brings!
