Event description

Now open to those who can not commit to the whole 4 week series, you can come and join us for one, two or three classes. We are opening the space for a flexi pass to pay of one off yoga classes for those busy Mummas who can't make the full 4 week series.

Join us for a 4-week postpartum yoga series designed to support māmā and their pēpi in a gentle, strengthening, and restorative practice. These sessions are specifically focused on pelvic floor health, helping you rebuild strength, flexibility, and balance—all while having your pēpi alongside you.

This series is open to māmā with pēpi who are not yet on the move, creating a calm, supportive, and baby-friendly environment where you can move, breathe, and connect with your body.

Our Mums + Bubs Yoga series is a collection of specially designed yoga classes to nourish new māmā and their pēpi.

The classes provide the gift of space for the māmā to connect with, and discover, their new postpartum body, building strength, stability and softening in a safe and supportive baby-friendly environment. There will a focus on breath to aid māmā move towards a down regulated nervous system.

The classes include portions of movements to encourage bonding between māmā and pēpi. There is a choice to involve pēpi in the yoga postures or simply have them nearby as māmā practices.

This series provides an opportunity for māmā to connect to themself, their pēpi and other māmā who are also walking the chaotic and wildly beautiful journey of motherhood.

Meet Your Teacher – Jaimee

Kia ora, my name is Jaimee, and I am a Yoga Alliance-accredited vinyasa, yin, and pre/postnatal yoga teacher, as well as a NASM-qualified personal trainer. I have additional qualifications in mobility, breathwork, pelvic floor health, and pelvic pain management.

I am deeply passionate about movement, pelvic health, and creating balance in body and mind—both on and off the mat. As a māmā of three boys, I understand the journey of postpartum recovery and the importance of moving in a way that supports you in this season of life.

Take time for yourself, strengthen your body, and connect with other māmā in a peaceful, nature-filled space.
