Mama Nurtured is an evening to celebrate your transition into motherhood.   

It’s an invitation to release stories that no longer serve you, and shift stagnant energies that are stopping you from softening and surrendering into this new phase of your life.   This is a space to sit in ceremony with the woman you once were before fully embracing the divine nurturer who is emerging. 

Join me in 3 hours of intimate and sacred ceremony where the focus is entirely on giving back to you.  

We will explore:
 + Gentle rituals to release any fears keeping you from embracing the next chapter 
+ Guided meditation to bring you back to your heart and body 
+ Healing and energy work to refill your cup
 + Nourishing meal and heartfelt connection with other mothers
