This circle is for ALL mamas.

During this circle you can except:

to hear from other mamas, connect with mamas & begin cultivating a life devoted to looking after yourself whilst taking care of your babies.

Nourish your body as you sip on organic rose tea, indulge in wholesome sweet treats & surround yourself with mamas who desire to keep their cups full☕️💕

Being a mama calls us to be many versions of ourselves. In order for us to stay feeling healthy, creative & joyful - we need to invest time into ourselves.

Please arrive at 9:30am

Parking in front of Earth Wholefoods store.

I will greet you at the front door.

Please bring anything that helps you to feel comfortable. Wear what you feel comfortable in. We will be sitting in circle on the floor. Bring a yoga mat or towel & water.
