When we feel tiered it's most likely we look tiered too.

Our journey with Mums Self Care Illumination is all about finding the ways to hold space for yourself in the small pockets of time we have.

- Doors open at 9.30 am (Tea and light refreshments available for you and child)

- 10 am settle in for a relaxed share circle check in,

- 11 am demonstration on how to measure vitality in our body,

- 11.30 am you can choose between a clay mask or foot soak,

- 12.10 pm light discussion on how to rejuvenate your energy with easy tools,

- 12.30 pm take your time to ground before starting the rest of your week.

Kassandra works in the spiritual and science education of healing and home care. With over 10 years experience and two children under 4 her life has been a living example of this craft.

There are very easy ways that we can rejuvenate our energy that help us on all levels as mothers and creates room for us to be better humans too.

From one mother to another, we deserve to be living a life full of energy and vitality. We are the back bone of the family and the teachers to our own children regarding self care. Humanity needs us to rise and it is my goal to assist in empowering the mothers of today to be the leaders for the children of the future.
