Mammabearth Women's Circle

Every time women gather together within the space of a circle, something profound happens.

We bring with us the parts that often long to be expressed, heard, seen and felt.....and the effects are often surprising, refreshing and bring a relief from the day to day conditionings we can get caught up in.

The authentic connections we make with other women from this place, strengthen our feminine collective as well as deepen our connection and understanding of ourselves and others. 

Circles offer the space to bring more awareness to what we want and what is important to us. 

They fill us up with inner goodness that spills over into our outer lives, families and communities, creating much needed change....both seen and unseen.

We come together to hold a quiet, strong, intentional space for one another to express all that needs to be expressed in that moment.

We feel, we listen, we understand, we acknowledge, we accept, we respect, we set intentions, we value, we laugh and cry, we journal, we become more present, we co-create a warm and welcoming space for each other to "be".
