    Event description

This is a community collaboration with I Love Avondale

Manaaki Movement is about showing care towards yourself so that you can pour more care into the world and people around you from a full cup.

This is a space to check in with your body, provide selfcare, drop deeper into presence and experience your body moving with more freedom.

Guided movement woven with Māori traditional movements, stories, wisdoms, and cultural understandings. This is time and space to feel into your body and move how your body wants to, allowing the wisdom and intelligence of the body to lead.

Showing up for yourself empowers and sustains the ability to show up for others. In this three part series will be exploring the natural elements (Water, Air, Fire, Earth) as themes for each week.

We’ll be gathering, moving & caring for ourselves on Wednesday nights.

This is for those who identify as women and non binary.

    Keep moving & stay connected
