This event is designed for staff who work in the emergency department or an involved in pre-hospital care.

This full day workshop includes interactive lectures and skill stations in a comprehensive fashion. Each component will be broken down to discuss how to both assess and provide optimal treatment.

The format will consist of 4 components:

• Medico-legal implications and instruments
• De-escalation
• Restraints—physical and chemical
