Management is no longer as appealing as it once was. More and more employees are refusing to take on this role, which is perceived as exhausting and thankless.
So, should we get rid of it entirely? Or rather clarify its purpose so that it can regain its prestige?
Come join us for an exclusive screening of the newly released documentary film Management: Work it Out by the filmmaker Samuel Durand which explores new practices and trends to make the role of manager both desirable and meaningful.
After the screening we will be joined on stage by Lisa Gill and Dunia Reverter – both thought leaders highlighted in the film – as well as Pim de Morree from Corporate Rebels and Tobias Haug from Humanizing Business Network to deepen the discussion through dialogue and Q&A.
Please Note: This event will be held in English. The documentary film is primarily in French with English subtitles, with some contributors speaking in English (including Lisa Gill and Dunia Reverter).

Samuel Durand
Samuel is the director of this and several other documentaries under the banner 'Work in Progress.' He is also a speaker on the topic of the future of work.
Tobias Haug
For 20+ years Tobias worked at SAP where he was one of the pioneers behind the 'New Work' movement at the company and later Head of Humanizing Business. Now he is the founder of the Humanizing Business Network which connects leaders and changemakers to share practical, human-first strategies that drive real impact.
