The December Network Meeting will feature Standard 8 of the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement which focuses on Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.

Effective volunteer involvement results from a system of good practice, review and continuous improvement. During this session we will unpack the various strategies that this standard provides to help you do just that!

Quality management and continuous improvement ensures that your organisation has a way of monitoring how well the involvement of volunteers is working. It also helps to identify and implement ways of improving the outcomes for both your volunteers and your organisation.

Meeting this standard assists your organisation to follow good practice in your policies and procedures, implement processes for review and evaluation, and systemically make ongoing positive change.

Join us to find out what Standard 8 is all about, and what you and your organisation are doing to meet this standard. You will be invited to do a self-assessment during the session, to get an understanding of how well you are currently meeting the standard, and where there are areas for improvement.
